GDPR Training is an essential part of compliance and is required for all businessses of all sizes. 

You need to ensure all staff are training and this should be part of your onboarding process for all new staff.

Another part of GDPR compliance is monitoring for effectiveness which means ensuring that your staff not only understand GDPR but ensure that they are doing everything expected of them to ensure compliance. This may mean that staff will need to be re-trained and this needs to be recorded.
